- Now add hot water as required and close the pressure cooker with lid and give 6 whistles or till mutton becomes soft.
- After that open the lid add garam masala powder with potatoes and again give 3 more whistles. Give 15 mins standing time. Serve mutton curry with plain white rice/ dehradun rice..
