- Get 1 of tspn red chilli powder.

- Take 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves.
- Get 1 of large tomato diced.
- Take 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin seeds.

- Make a paste by combining tomatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add cumin seeds and let the seeds splutter.
- Add the tomato paste next, followed by dry spices (except garam masala) and salt.

- Add the potatoes next and mix well.
